USB harware not recognized

Hello ... just installed Active Home Pro on
a system running XP ... tells me the USB
hardware not recognized.  Is there a driver
I need?  If so, where can I fin it?  tx

Try this first: unplug the USB cable from the
interface; unplug the interface from power;
remove the batteries from the interface.
After that, connect it all again and it
should be detected correctly.

I have the same problem. It's trying to
install the USB device and it can't find a
driver. Is there a place we can download
the drivers on the website?

Had the same problem one time in 10 days but
REMOVING the batteries after unplugging from
the wall corrected teh USB not recognized
problem... many thanks

Did the thing ever get detected correctly?
XP uses it's Human Interface Devices Driver.
Is it asking for it's driver or saying I
have found a new device and need the devices
driver? Usually if it needs it's driver it
asks for the install CD or folder where it
is found.

Software should have installed a driver and
an .inf file amoung others.
