X10 Support: As some compensation for the
frustration that your product has brought
us, I would like to request that you provide
the Smart Macros at no cost.
Since purchasing the CM15A with the AHP
software, I have found that the application,
as supplied, adds very little to the overall
functionality of my existing X10 system.
Indeed the misery caused by the poor
performance of the software is turning me
off your products entirely. I could list
here the numerous issues that I have had,
and am still having, with your product,
however, I've already posted some of them in
your forums and on the HA newsgroup
(comp.home.automation). I want to buy more
modules, but with the Smart Macros at $50, I
cannot afford to do so, and why would I want
to pay out more for something that is still
in development?
Please reply, (a simple YES or NO would be
sufficient).
