Re-Installation Error

I had Active Home Pro installed and working
with the most recent version of the
software, but for some reason it stopped
working.  Wouldn't even start.
I uninstalled and tried to re-install it.
After authorizing it to be installed in
\Program Files\ActiveHome Pro, it runs for
a fraction of a second then fails saying,
"Could not communicate to the network
server, error 3.  400 Bad Request"

Anybody know what that's about?
What network server would that be referring
to?
Any ideas of what I can do about it?

NOTE: The software requires an internet
connection for setup - it requires files to
be installed from X10 website. Another
problem could be that the website was
having difficulties.
