Camera Window Minimizes on SnapShot Request
« on: April 19, 2005, 11:19:04 PM »

Hi,
I spent many years debugging and writing
some custom software 'things' so I can
respect where you all are at now.
Today I downloaded AHP 3.186. I have a
camera. I click the 'ON AIR' button. I click
the 'Snap Shot' Icon and the video window
minimizes (wrong). I have to click on the
tool bar icon to recover it. I am not sure
if that snapshot took (it is late here). If
I repeat the above steps while AHP is active
there is no problem. If I shut AHP down and
the restart this will repeat.
By the way, if you all want to offer me some
pittance, I can pick most software to pieces
and do an accurate job of documenting the
faults. I do not do that in a public forum.

Ken: I know what the problem is, and we'll
fix it. What's actually happening is that
when you first open the video window with the
On Air button, your first mouse click is
getting passed into the AHP window
underneath. If you click on a camera in the
list on the left from AHP this doesn't
happen, and it doesn't happen after you bring
the video window to the front again. We'll
get this fixed pretty soon.
