It's a crap shoot as to what time the lights
will come on or if they will come on at all.
I can download all the timers to the CM15A
and it will work for a few days and then all
of a sudden the landscape lights will come
on a 2 in the afternoon. The only way around
this is to remove the batteries and reload
the interface. The landscape lights are just
an example. Some lights won't turn on at all
and all times are incorrect. I also cannot
communicate with the interface without
removing the batteries and unpluging the
interface from the wall. Where do I return
it for a refund?

I have always had very similar issues.  In
my case, our conference room lights will
suddenly decide to continously raise and
lower the light level....over and over
again.  I'm surpised I haven't been fired
over it yet!
