With active Home Software. I can't get it
to work. I keep getting error Messages NOT
A VALID COM PORT. So I switch COM PORTS & I
get the same Message! Any Ideas

Windows XP by chance? Known to be cranky
with XP. You may also want to try a message
in the older X10 forums in the Software Area
as more of the Active Home Useres maybe
there.
