activeHM.exe hugging CPU resource and crashing.

All, i just got the active home pro and
installed it on my system P4 2.5 i look at
the taskmanager the ACTIVEHM.EXE is hugging
the CPU to 80% to 100% and it just crashes
a lot. i tried also to increase the
Disksapce threshold of the video guess what
all the settings gone it just crashes. Any
one had same issue?

Also i noticed that the memory usage
increase it starts on about 25 mb and goes
up more than 90 mb i have version 3.199
here is my event log also.
