Yes. I am no expert, but there are
available devices which have as input 4 (or
even more) video streams (say from 4 x10
cameras) and as their output one video
stream which, when shown on a TV, gives
each of the four cameras a quadrant of the
screen.

I think that smarthome.com, to name just
one site, has gear of this sort, but it
would also be available from any cctv store.

Along a similar line, the four video
streams could be input to a device such as
an Axis 2400+ (see www.axis.com). This
digitizes the video streams, and connects
to an Ethernet network. It then becomes
possible to see your videostreams from a
browser anywhere in the world.
