Thinking of putting a camera in a horse
trailer for surveilance while traveling.
Would any of the X10 products work for that
application?

If you have a means of veiwing the output,
and providing power to the camera the
wireless cameras should work fine. I know
110V power adapters are available for
vehicles like to power a vcr. battery packs
are available if you take trips under 4
hours. I would be concerned to put the
camera where the animal being transported
couldn't dislodge the camera. I'm not up to
date as to a mointor you could use for a
live shot.

Yes, as Rick mentioned, make sure you have
a 110V power supply. I would definitely
suggest a wide angle lens considering how
close the camera would be to the animal.
Good luck.

How about a 5" TV that plugs into cig
lighter. Seen them on x10 for $20. I would
check with Radio Shack about a power unit
to also plug in for your cam. As to placing
the cam just find a high spot and drill two
holes and well you get it from there on.
