HI,

I need some help using the VA11A usb video
converter.
I have it set up and running on my pc using
win-xp home.  I can see the camera(I am
using a standard ccd camera), but when the
software tries to send an email, or upload
an immage to the video server it says
windows encountered a problem and the
program need to be shut-down, this happens
every time it tries to send/upload.
Any help would be great.
