Product Registration Codes Dont work

I purchased a camera system and teh only
registeration number they sent me that will
work is Web MultiView V2.0 the MultiView
V2.0 will not work and the box that ask for
the registeration says MultiView 1.1 so I
figur that is the problem I also can seem to
find the software that I was given a
registeration for the PanTiltPro V1.0. I
emailed X10 but in 24 hours got no reply.
Can anyone give me any ideas.
