Hi ,I sent a letter apporximately 2 weeks
ago,and never got any replies,the letter is
as follows,
I have a problem with one of my cameras I
bought from you,Its a Vanguard camera,and I
live in canada where in wintertime it can
become cold.
Well my problem is,my Vanguard stopped
turning right and left,it still tilts up and
down but NO left and right.
I believe in the cold winter it was maybe
stiff or frozen,and therefore it broke a
piece inside the unit to turn it left and
right.The repair shop told me there is a
broken small plastic gear or sproket.
What I need is information on my options as
this is a $500.00 US camera and is now
useless for what I need it for.
I have purchased over $3000 from your
company and sent many other people also you
way.I have continued to support X10 for
years,virtually trouble free.
Is there anyway I can order this broken
part,small plastic gear to repair this
problem.
Please help me I am in a bad situation,this
camera is one of the main security cams I
use.

sells something that has no repair,service
or parts for products.
