Boy well they really should I mean I know
how to setup and operate the things but I
can't get one to even learn the motion
detector codes, this is pathetic, plus all
the money I've spent not going to make
anymore purchases until this get resolved!!!!

Thanks

I am with you they really should, but maybe
input on this type of forum will do the trick
for them to see.

p.s. becareful there are tools out there that
will suggest that its all your fault that you
cant get the motion codes learned and that
you must be a idiot. fortunately i know
better, and so do you!!!

Yep I've been dealing with this kind of
stuff for over 15 years getting the thing to
learn the motion detection codes is child’s
play bet I could teach that part of to my
three year old! Actually the last one I
received did work for a minute then failed
the commander 2 never did work. Also
learning the motion detections codes is the
easiest part some find that the getting it
to learn the commands from your VCR (start,
stop)is a little tricky but I actually
really didn't have a problem with that it's
all about the timing. Really this could be a
BILLION dollar company if the stuff just
worked, but sadly the higher ups apparently
just don't get it quality and customer
loyalty can make or break a company just ask
Detroit when you lose your quality so goes
your customers. Take care
