THANKS FOR THE WARNIING.

I was about to order a large camera
package.  I guess their guarantee is
useless if their customer service is no
good.  I will buy my cameras from someone
else who has a good reputation.  I have
looked over this forum and seen customers
had a lot of problems with the products and
the support.  Anyone had a GOOD
Experience ???

I have had a set of cameras for about  1 1/2
years now.  They have been very reliable.
But, I recently purchased a set of flood
light cameras and am having a problem with
getting one of them to work properly.  It
will turn on, in the manuel mode and work
well for awhile then it turns the lights
off and on.  And the camera itself goes from
a perfect color picture to dark where you
can barely see anything, even in dalight.  I
took it down and checked the connections
yesterday and all was fine with the
connections and the house current feeding
it.  It just won't behave as it should. I
contacted tech support yesterday and this
morning and they are of no help.  They told
me to come to this venue and maybe I can get
some help.  Now I see why you are going
somewhere else. I will too in the future.
