Extremely Rude and Incompetent Customer
Support!

I ordered the Sanus Audio Video stand from
X10 and it arrived with a “shoe-print” on
the main packaging case. Assuming that this
could be just an unfortunate mistake, I
spoke with Customer Support the first time
and they said that I should drop the 90lbs
box at the UPS store myself. On convincing
they said that they will have FedEx pick up
the box with a few days and I would be
getting a email to that effect ASAP.
On not getting any email to that effect, I
called up again and insisted on speaking
with a Supervisor –by the name of “JESSE”.
He after placing me on hold for 20 minutes
said that he would have FedEx come the next
day to pick it up.
The next day no one came to pick it up nor
did I get any email.
Then I called them again. At this I got of
one “ANTONIO”, he said that there was no
Supervisor to respond to my call. On being
exasperated on that comment, I asked him
again. On which he said “ FOR HEAVENS SAKE
MAN, ARE YOU GOING TO ASK ME THE SAME
QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!”.

THAT IS THE RUDEST AND MOST INCOMPETANT
CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
THIS IS ONE PLACE I AM NEVER SHOPPING AGAIN.
