DS7000 cant dial a 13 digits phone number

Does any one knows if is there any way to
make the Ds7000 dial a 13 digits phone
number, i need 3 digits prefix and a 10
digits number

I've used the DS7000 a few different times
and as far as I know you can only program
upto 10 digits into the unit.

Mine does dial 11 digits

1 + area code (3) + number (7)

my phone need to dial 9 to dial out,
so can the system dial 9 + number(7)  (no
area code)? which is 8 number.
