The owner's manual says to place the motion
detector about 5-6 feet high.  I want to
place mine higher, but am unsure how to
angle the detector.  Does anyone have any
suggestions?  Also, some motion detectors
say to place the detector so that the
intruder walks into the range, does this
matter at all with the X10 system?

I've found that the best placement for X10
motion sensors, is to place them so that
motion moves across the viewing area of the
sensor, instead of moving toward or away
from it.
