I don't know specifically where, but here is
a URL to a website that belongs to a guy in
the Netherlands. He has experimented with
modifying U.S. X-10 devices to operate on
220-240 volts at 50Hz. He has all kinds of
info and helpful links, some of which are to
companies that carry/sell home automation
equipment. I hope this helps you.
