Still on my quest to get some siren that
sounds longer than 10 seconds and actually
works properly with the RadioShack 49-1000
if ever possible. I was searching the
internet looking at X10 compatible sirens
and found PSH02/PSH01 X10 PowerHorn "Pro"
models that look like the PH508/PSH01, just
wondering if there is any difference iof
the PSH02/PSH01 would maybe be compatible
and work properly with the 49-1000?
The "Pro" sirens say they are triggered
by "Flashmode powerline signals", maybe
these are the proper sirens for this unit?
If not then what is the actual difference?

Here's the link, you'll notice the two
different sets of X10 Powerhorn Sirens on
this page via the link below.

Sorry, "typo", I meant RS 49-1000 (Plug N'
Power" regarding the remote possibility of
increased compability with these sirens.
Thanks!

For some reason the link I was able to
doesn't work if you copy and paste it into
the browser. Here's another link that works
to the different X10 Sirens . . . .

Probably the same as the X10 ones. Many of
the Pro ones are just a different logo. I do
believe as the Pro versions they have a two
year warantee. Some Pro ones maybe fancier
like the lamp and appliance modules are
avilable with AGC for the lins X10 Signals.
The SS-300B on that page is the one Jeff has
in his thread.

www.x10pro.com is where you can find all the
manuals for their line. You can read the
manuals for the PSH01 and PSH02 or download
them for refference.
