Jaames has a question
« on: August 13, 2005, 12:49:24 PM »

I hooked up the home security system using
the Powerhouse Protector Plus remote
control and a LM 465 lamp module . The
problem I am having is that when I turn my
lamp off using the romote it turns my
camera off. I am using the VCR Commander
and I see the camera oicture on the TV yet
when I turn the lamp off it turns cam off
because TV screen turns blue. Any one out
there have a solution.

What address is the camera on and what is
the security address? Defaults for all are
A1 and that will turn off the camera if the
lamp module is also on that address. Also
many camera setups are in groups of 4. So
for example if the camera is on B1 B2 B3 or
B4. Don't use any of that group for the lamp
modules address.

Glad it helped. The addressable power
supplies are unique. They are grouped in 4s.
So Units 1-4; 5-8; 9-12 and 13-16. An ON
signal to any unit in a group turns OFF the
other three.
