door/window sensors
« on: September 10, 2005, 08:16:56 AM »

We have Miaml awning windows that open out with
the screen on the inside. How do I use the
door/window sensors with the screen on the
inside?
Thanks

Our doors are recessed from the frames. How
do I install the door/window sensors.The
two magnetic contacts won't be flush with
each other.

I have a few sensors that are not flush. in
fact one set is at a 90 degree angle of
each other. Expirement with out permanatly
mounting the sensors.  Have the wife hold
the transiever part of the sensor and you
hold the two sensors apart from one another
with the arrows pointing at one another and
then seperate them.  If the light blinks
when pulling the sensors apart you will be
ok.
