i cant hear in the ds7000

Hi friends!
i have the ds7000 and the system call me
when is activated...but i cant hear the
noise in the house (i press 0,#,*,.....) and
nothing ... why??? suggest???

Is there a large amount of noise in the
house?

Normally, you should wait until the message
ends before pressing 0 and make sure the
receiving phone is set to tone and not
pulse.  Any help?
