Has anyone tried using a VOIP phone line
with the DS7000 system?  I just want to
make sure that it works before I go and buy
one.

I set mine up a few weeks ago and it works
on my VONAGE line just fine.

It should work fine. The important thing to
remember is that if your internet service is
interrupted your alarm will NOT function
until Internet service is restored. Always
check the uptime of your connection through
your ISP.
