X-10 security dialer and RJ31X phone connection

Does anyone know of an x-10 security system
dialer that works with an RJ31X phone jack?
FYI: an RJ31X is a 'smart' phone jack that
will take control of the phone line and
guarantee the phone call goes through.  With
a regular phone jack if any phone in the
house is in-use or off hook the entire
security dialer is defeated.
