Customer Support

What's up with your tech support? I called
and spent 15 minutes on hold. That wouldn't
be a problem, but then someone from Order
Support picked up. Of course, she couldn't
help me, I NEEDED TECH SUPPORT!!! So she
transferred me back into the tech support
queue for another round of holding.

X10, your customer support SUCKS!

MS13A
Have been using MS12 but got new unit to
change delay time. Having problems changing
delay time. Have followed instructions and
will not change off 1 minute delay. Called
support and they could not find anything
wrong. Has anyone else had this problem and
how did they fix it? (My usage of x10
started at least 20 years ago.)
