Can't load X10

I ordered the WindowsXP version, recieved my
file, XP wouldn't let me execute the file so
that I can retrieve the Activehome program
from the Download site.

I'm frustrated with the lack of X10
Techsupport, they just email me links to tons
of information to read, rather than just walk
me through it.  Does anyone have a simple
guide I can follow.  My last recourse is to
return the product.  Thanks

Active Home Pro with the new USB cm15a?
You may want to try the AHP forums as they
are devoted to AHp.
Click on an AHP tab on an X10 page then near
the top pick support and forums. There is a
whole section on software issues there for
AHP.
