CM15A timer problems
« on: November 26, 2005, 01:49:30 PM »

I have a CM15A runing the pro version of
AHP. I can use my mouse to turn my remote
on/off but when I program a time events and
save it to the interface , it won't work,
all the time. Ihave a remote key fob and I
can stand right beside the CM15A and it
will activate the module.
Ideas?
Thanks
Doug

I had that same problem when I initially set
everything up, but I reinstalled Home Active
Pro & now everything works great.  I might
have just got lucky.....but maybe it'll work
for you too.

I have since tossed the CD for the software.

Also, my controller is turning off my
modules, but not on. I have one module 3 ft
from the controller and it on't turn of
automatically but will turn off via the
controller.

Thanks for any ideas
Doug

I'm having the same problem as Doug. CM15a
timer will turn off lights but will not turn
them on. Software switches and remote
controls work fine

I'm having the same problem, the timers
will no turn the modules "on".  However,
the timers will turn them "off".  I've
checked history and history shows that AHP
never sends out an "on" signal.

Try the Tools/Clear Interface memory
function. Then Tools/Download timers and
macros. This worked for me.

I tried clearing the interface memory but
this did not work.  What I ended up doing is
creating a new file and then downloading it.

timers and macros dont work except for chime--i think the
interface memory is the problem----it works fine with
macintosh-indigio --instructions are not stored in the
interface however
