lights turn on from software but not remote

I can control modules from the computer and
when I use the remote it shows that the lamp
module turns on....but the lamp does not
come on....if I click on the module on the
screen it will then turn on.....how do I fix
it

Is this the new AHP Software and cm15a USB
Interface? If so. In AHP. Pick Tools. Pick
Hardware Configuration. Pick Tranceived
House Codes. Set the House Code you are
using with the remotes to be tranceived.
