Different files...
« on: October 11, 2004, 12:05:01 AM »

I'm sure I'm not the only person who has
this issue.  I have a number of modules all
over my house which I use primarily with
timers.  Specifically, I have lights set to
come on and off with relation to the Jewish
Sabbath (Friday night to Saturday).  I need
to change all the timers when there is a
Jewish Holiday yhay is not Friday Night.
This means I need to change the timers, but
not the definitions of the modules.  I
actually have several different versions of
the timers, depending, for example if we
are having guests and need the dining room
light to come on.

Now, lets say I add a new module, or write
a new macro.  I need to change every .ahx
file to update it with the new definition.
Wouldn't it make sense if the module
definitions (i.e. the lamp in my bedroom is
A1), timers and macros were saved in
different files?
