I am veryu interested in the programming
SDK.  When we will see some information?

Can X10 at least let us know when to expect
the SDK, what programming environment it
supports, where to apply for beta access,
what features it will support, something!?

Is there any expected date when the SDK will
be  available.  The real power of X10 is
unleashed when you can implement it into
custom control solutions.

X10 Pro

The SDK is available now:

http://www.activehomepro.com/sdk

The SDK page is a little sparse currently,
but we'll be adding more information and
sample code today.

This SDK shows how to access and communicate
with an interface control that we distributed
to all AHP users in the last update. We have
code samples in a number of languages, and it
shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to
work with the interface in your language of
choice.

The SDK is OK as a first step, as long as it
does not stop here.  A true SDK should fully
document the CM15 interface and provide code
stubs for all of the functions available, not
just the SendAction object.  The USB
interface should be documented so that
drivers for other platforms can be written.
