Dusk/Dawn Times

I would like to see the CURRENT times that
are being used for the DUSK/DAWN times when
showing the TOOLS/HARDWARE CONFIGURATION
window. Ie: show the current times for
todays date rather than showing the times
for the beginning of the year.
