Ghosting (not really) and autoposts

When I press an rf button, it appears that
the usb activehome pro device automatically
broadcasts the plc equivalant to my device.
Can I programaticaly prevent this?
Also, what are the 2 messages I see when a
device is triggered?
e.g.
recvrf a7 On 0 8/13/2005 5:29:47 AM
recvrf a7 On -1 8/13/2005 5:29:47 AM

I'm currently using the ActiveHomeScriptLib
under c#.  Thanks in advance for your help.
