X10 control program with built-in web server

OK, I'm finally making good progress on the
program I've been talking about for a while
now.

This is a standalone program that controls
lights, etc. using the CM15A.  It has a
built-in webserver for control over the web.

It will have specific web pages for use from
the Ergo Audrey.

I have simple events and simple web pages up
and running!
