No Video
« on: January 12, 2006, 08:21:04 PM »

Connections seem to work just fine! Now I
cannot receive video? More problems with
this software!! Absolutely no dependibility!
All of this should have been discovered
before being advertised for sale!

2 days later and still the same problem!
This has got to be the crappiest software
ever developed and sold before properly
tested?

I have a broadband cable connection.I am
able to connect, however once their I have
no control of anything. It just says
waiting to connect, but never does. No
video, nothing. This softwre must be the
problem and if they don't fix it they
should refund our money.

This is something that's occurring on our
servers. We're working on it, but I don't
have an estimate for complete resolution yet.

I bought this software to receive live
video, but this software does not work. No
Video.  There should be a refund.

Need Assistance:

I have opened up ports 8080 and 8888 on my router.  Still, my laptop will not connect with X-10 server.  Are these the correct ports to open and do you make your last digits of your IP address two (dynamic) or three (static)?

X-10 support will not get back to me on this issue.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
