I find the that lamp and appliance modules work fine from the ActiveHome Pro software and interface.

Both remotes, however, are recognized by the software (i.e., the module state correctly changes in the software screen, and indicates on / off (but not dim); however, the modules do not activate from thes remotes.

i.e., the Computer Interface receiver is receiving the correct remote signals (from both the Palm Pad or the SlimFire Pocket), but these signals are not being transmitted to the lamp or appliance modules.

But if I click the software directly, then the modules work.

I have already tried using a different House Code.

Help, please?

...Terry.

Good answer...   The Transceived House Code was set to AUTO, but when I set it to my House Code, it began working immediately.  I guess I'm not sure what AUTO means, but your answer worked.  Thanks.
