Email on Motion Detect

Hello all,
I just received the wireless cam w/ ninja and Vanguard software. I have no problem with the remote viewing and control via the internet, but I do have one question;

I set up the software to email me (a picture) when the motion detector was activated.
The software status shows "Queueing Email", but nothing is ever received.
Any ideas?
