When started my X10 today, it asked me for all my registration codes.  I have had X10 Pro for almost a year now and a couple months ago I got the 3 others.  X10 Pro, how can I get my registratioion codes?
Has this happened to anyone else?

You need your purchase codes if you don't have them you'll have to e-mail sales or support with your e-mail address they'll send you the purchase codes and tell you how to get the registration#! Print off the purchase codes for later use!

I have the registration codes and it will not register, NO error messages, the little blue bubbles just keep going down the little blue slide and nothing!  This system worked in our old house, we moved and now I cannot get it to work, this is a new computer.

Did you keep the original e-mail when you got Active Home Pro?  Is you old computer at your new house yet?  If it is, boot it up and see if that e-mail is still there.

If the answer is no, try contacting X10 directly, they should have the record of your purchase.

Make sure you are online when you try to register the software.
