My computers cm15a can turn on and off lights but the HR12A does not do anything.

Once you have placed in the batteries in the "rightway". You have to set the house code dial to the letter that your system is using.Tthen be sure the selector switch is in the right position for the codes you want  eg 1-8 or 9-16  ;)

Also, don't forget to set the hardware configuration to transceive the house codes you are using from the HR12A.  (In AHP, TOOLS/HARDWARE CONFIGURATION.......TRANSCEIVED HOUSECODE)

Hey that almost worked! the switch goes up and mdown now but it dosent acually turn it on or off.
what else am I doing wrong? :-(

Ok if you can get it to move the switches in AHP but no light actualy goes on then you have to got to hardware configuration and set the transcieved house codes so it includes the house code of your lights click either specific and enter the code or click auto and it should pick it up. Don't forget to update the interface and save your changes
