AHP reports don't work
« on: March 13, 2006, 07:58:40 PM »

Using AHP 3.201. Under pull down menu File, Reports, I click on General, Macro, or Status and the pull down disappears as though a report should appear, but nothing else happens. Am I supposed to do something else to get a report?

When you do that, the report should be opened in a browser window, Internet Explorer, or Firefox, or whatever your default browser is. Is that happening?

No. When I click on any of the 3 report choices, the pull down menus disappear and nothing else happens. No explorer (my default) windows or anything else.
Also, I've installed AHP on 2 different computers, one running Win2000 and the other running XP. Same results on both computers. Also installed are the plug-ins iWitness, Smart Macros, and MyHouse.

Do you have any pop-up blockers installed? I had the same problem until I disabled my popup blocker. I was then able to "train" it to ignore those windows.

Noam,
I thought you had a great idea with disabling the blocker. Unfortunately this didn't help either. I even disabled all Norton security features but no luck. Maybe I'll try installing AHP on 3rd computer which is running McAfee instead of Norton?
I also tried updating (downdating) from 3.201 to 3.199 and still same thing - can't open any of the 3 reports.
Thanks for the effort!
