Uploading to a webpage

I have my computer at home... the camera.. x-ray vision software installed...

What I want to do is upload pictures every 30 seconds to my ISP... but it's not working.
I have a my internet connection running (LAN/WAN) but nothing is uploading. 
Server is running..

Ok... got it working.   For those that need help I found this helpful with many answers to probems.

I would suggest the Moderators make that link a FAQ in this forum... it helped with a lot of questions, especially
with the device (usb adaptor) not being recognized on my computer. (WinXP)

I've had the device for years but never put it to use until now.
