My receiver has a power light, but my camera has nothing to let me know that it is even on. What can I do to verify that it is operational? I can't seem to get a signal anymore...

Blue screen or fuzzy picture move base antenna around slowly till it starts to clear, Check to make sure all jacks and plugs are connected. If you have a second cam change it out for the one in question placing it in the same place and make note of antenna placement.
