Software of handphone sms related to the motion sensor

hello everybody!
We're a group of students who are doing the project of wireless home automation.
We wonder if there is such a software that once the motion sensor is triggered, the internet can send the sms to our handphones. We are using x10 active home with interface of CM11a, as well as the software of homeseer.
Any help will be very appriciated! :)

AHP with the CM15A can send an email as long as computer stays on.
