PLEASE HELP!

I'm not sure what else to do, except maybe try to provoke a response in this forum...I ordered a protector plus system about six weeks ago, plus nine extra door/window sensors.  I had one faulty sensor, and have been having a devil of a time trying to get it replaced.  After waiting for 20+ minutes on the customer support line I was told a new one would be sent out, nothing happened.  I've sent numerous emails to the online support staff...nothing happens.  I try again to call their customer support line, but after 45 minutes on hold I just don't have the time to wait around anymore!  I post threads in the forum, they get deleted.  All I am trying to do is return a piece of defective merchandise!  Is there an email address you can post to this thread that I can correspond with?

Don't know if it is there anymore, but I have used it in the past.
On the main X10 web page under support. There use to be a form to request a warranty exchange of a bad unit. I used it for an LM15a Socket Rocket.

well, i found the warranty exchange request form like you mentioned.  I filled that out two days ago, and with the exception of the automatically generated notice telling me they received my request, i haven't gotten any response through this avenue either (and yes, I'm checking my junk email folder to make sure the replies don't end up there).  Anyway, this is all getting incredibly frustrating.  I can't believe I'm having so much difficulty trying to make such an easy return...i guess I'm just glad that it wasn't on a major component.  I would almost just break down and buy another one of these stupid sensors, but I'm definitely NOT buying it through x10.com, as a matter of principal.  I'll buy through radio shack instead, even if the cost is higher.  I've never had such a poor experience with a company in terms of support, it's too bad because overall I really like the system I bought, especially for the money.  It seems that by taking a few minutes just to even acknowledge my problem they could have alleviated a lot of my bad feelings.  I would have recommended these systems to any other home-owners I know, but now I will actively warn them against purchasing from x10.com, for if they ever have any problems with defective merchandise they are apparently going to be left out in the cold.

forum moderators:  if you are going to delete this thread because it speaks poorly of your company, I understand, but please at least respond to my requests for some customer service at the email address associated with my forum account.

I had a similar problem try this e-mail address, and tell x10 you won't be placing any more orders until this is resolved worked for me!!
