I have wired system of two cameras , when one  circuit  of overhead lights are on the cameras will not allow switching  therefore the images  are super imposed on each. With that circuit off the system works great....help

It sounds like you have diagnosed your problem; noise from the lights (are they flourescent?) will not permit one camera to turn OFF as you turn the other camera ON. Two possible solutions would be: 1. put a noise fliter on the lights.
2. Install a signal amplifier-coupler to get the X10 signal greater than the noise.

Suggestion 1 would be lesser expense, but I am a believer in the ability of a high output signal amp/coupler (such as ACT CR231) as being a "fix all".

Perhaps replacing the light fixtures with newer ones would be  just a cheep. If your fixtures are old ,the balasts in newer flourescent lights aren't as noise as some of the older ones .(depends on the make)  ;)
