Internet Explorer Crashes when attempting remote log-on
« on: June 14, 2006, 08:44:59 AM »

Just began having repeated crashes when tryiingto log on to AHR from remote computer.  "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close. We are sorry..."

It identifies antx.dll as the problem.

This started suddenly and without my having (knowingly) added any programs or IE add-ons.

Help?

I have not been able to get AHP software to run after reinstall. All I get is X10 encounterd an error and need to close. Tried several to install all the software with no luck .

Has no one found the answer.  I have the same problem IE crashes all the time when trying remote monitoring. This is what this program is all about.  There must be a fix or no one is using it.
