Do you plan to run the cameras via software/computer.... or on the TV or both?

I will have to assume... you have a working camera turned ON and connected to the sender unit.... and that the receiving unit is properly connected to the TV. First make sure your cables are OK... and that both the sender/receiver are set to the same channel. Try changing the channels (both on "B"... or both on "D").
