Powerlinc Software Question

I've got the Powerlinc USB (1132CU). I'm looking for a way to control the unit from a command line interface. Does anyone know of a way for me to do this? I see there's some visual basic software for the serial port unit, but none for the USB version. Any ideas? Thanks

It's a SmartHome unit, it addreses X10 units, but does SmartHome supply command line software, like Active Home Pro's achmd.exe?  If not, you are out of luck. X10 does not feature support for SmartHome's equipment.
