I haven't had this much fun in years. ;D The more I accomplish, the more I experiment. 8)
With the HomePlug Ethernet bridges up and running. I'm back to the CM15A getting a signal to my garage. I'm considering putting a ACT CR234 in a box and plugging it into the dryer outlet. Any thoughts on this ???

I have my ACT CR231 wired into the back of the dryer. I put a socket on the line I wired in to dryer. (240V plug/socket  with horizontal prongs) I put 5 amp inline fuses in each hot line between plug and the CR231. The 231 is mounted on wall behind dryer. Is this what you mean?

Yeah, that will work. It would be better if you (and I) could mount the repeater at the distribution panel, since it would elimnate the "backtracking" the signal has to do to get back to branch distribution. But mine works fine at the dryer outlet.
