Scan Camera button not working in iWitness / MyHouse Online

In MyHouse Online, the following buttons appear, but aren't "clickable:"  disk icon, canera icon, film strip icon, and scan camera (4 dots) icon.  The grid and previous/next camera buttons work, but the others don't.  Any ideas?  MyHouse Online v3.203 and ActiveHome Pro v3.204.
