I have a number of light modules all over the house.  I have a TM751 and a RR501. I have always been able to control devices anywhere in the house using my FR transmitters.  I bought AH Pro and it came with CM15A.  It worked well enough when I tried it on the computer in the family room.  I then moved it to a computer that is in the far end of the house and now it wont control my devices when I try to switch them off or on via AH.  I can create a macro and send the command via RF and it works but it won't work without RF commands.  This is frustrating because I don't want to have to create macros to turn on and off all my lights.  I thought it might be a phase issue but I can turn on a lamp in room A with cm15a in room B but can't turn on a lamp in room B with cm15a in room A.  In other words, when cm15a was in family room it could control everything but now that it is in the far bedroom, it can not.  Any suggestions?

Yes. Start unplugging things. TVs, UPSs, surge protectors and just about every AC appliance could be sucking the signal.

You can create a looping macro to send a signal every few seconds.

• Create a dummy appliance module "P1"
• Create a macro to trigger on "P1 ON"
• delay 5 sec
• P1 OFF
• delay 5 sec
• P1 ON
• This creates an endless loop turning P1 on and off.
• Set a test light or appliance to code "P1" and start the macro.
• Go around unplugging things till it works.
• Buy/make filters for anything that you identify as a signal sucker.

A helpful tool is the ESM1 signal meter. It costs $75-85. An investment but half the cost of other meters. (I finally broken down and bought one.)

Yes. Instead of or in addition to the P1 on and off commands place and RF commands in the macro. It is unlikely unplugging items will help a poor RF signal, however.
